Service Agreements & Liability
Welcome to Fitzroy Seasonal Auto Spa. We're committed to delivering Fitzroy's finest car spa experience. By booking any our seasonal packages, you're agreeing to the standards and protocols we've refined over 14 years of operation in Melbourne.
Pre-existing Conditions: While our team is exceptionally thorough, Fitzroy Seasonal Auto Spa isn't liable for pre-existing damage. This includes loose trim, oxidised paintwork that may flake during high-pressure rinsing, or cracked glass. Do you have specific concerns about your clear coat? Please flag them with our technicians before we start the wash.
Valuables: We ask that you remove all personal items before your appointment. While we pride ourselves on our integrity, Fitzroy Seasonal Auto Spa doesn't accept responsibility for lost items left inside the cabin. It makes our job easier and keeps your belongings safe.
Late Arrivals & Cancellations
Time is a luxury. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your seasonal detailing to ensure the next client isn't impacted. We require 24 hours notice for any booking changes.
Eco-Friendly Protocols

We use pH-neutral, biodegradable agents. While these are safe for 99% of vehicles, matte wraps or custom dip finishes require special notification. We won't be held responsible for reactions on non-factory finishes if not disclosed.
